Dr Andrew Morgan completed his Bachelor of Science in Optometry at the City University, London before finishing optometrist training at the Colchester Eye Hospital. After working at Moorfields Eye Hospital, Oxford Eye Hospital and private practice, he specialised in contact lenses and binocular vision anomalies for which he was awarded a Fellowship to the College of Optometrists in 1994. In 2003, Andrew received a Doctorate in research following his completion of a PhD looking into the role of circulation in glaucoma and diabetic eye disease. Andrew also works part time at the Oxford Eye Hospital in the Glaucoma and Eye Emergency Departments and, in 2013, he was awarded the College of Optometrists’ Diploma in Glaucoma.
Andrew lives in North Oxford with his wife, Lisa, and occasionally their two sons. He enjoys cycling and snowboarding.
